a bit about myself

My work mostly consists of functional pieces that reflect my sense of wonder as I traverse through the vast world of pottery. My love for animals often takes centre stage as subject matter, with a focus towards being whimsical and fun.

Outside of spending a warm afternoon spoiling my dog (her name is Lila!), the pottery studio is my happy place. It is a haven of peace, craft, experimentation and, perhaps most importantly, play. I found in clay a medium to express myself as well as opportunity to explore and learn.
